⚠️ Exceptional Circumstances

Delivery times and conditions may vary in extraordinary circumstances such as strikes, lockouts, natural disasters, riots, civil unrest, nuclear risks and dangers, war, invasion, revolution, civil war, sabotage, earthquakes, and fires, as well as in situations arising from the recipient (not being at the address, lack of an authorized person to receive the delivery, the recipient having moved from the address, etc.).

🏠 Delivery Procedure

If no one is at the address upon delivery, the courier will leave a notification note containing the courier company's phone number. The courier will not attempt delivery to that address again; in this case, the customer must pick up the package from the branch.

If you are not at the address you provided at the time of delivery, your order will be delivered to the person at the delivery address after their photo ID is checked and their signature is obtained.

📋 Inspection Upon Delivery

Important: Upon delivery of your order, you should open the package and inspect the product in the presence of the delivery person. This is especially important for packages that are crushed, torn, opened, or wet.

In the event of an unexpected problem, if you receive a defective product, you should refuse delivery, have the delivery person prepare a report, and ensure the package is returned to us by the shipping company.
